Cash Transfer Evaluation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo

Led by Jeremy Magruder in partnership with USAID, researchers are currently designing an RCT to develop estimates of the cost effectiveness of digital cash transfers of multiple sizes on a wide range of development outcomes relevant to USAID in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The aim of this exercise is to develop a generalized idea of the impact of cash transfers in the Democratic Republic of the Congo against which current and future USAID programming in the region can be compared.
