The Experimental Social Science Laboratory (X-lab) and the Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA) at the University of California at Berkeley, and the Choice Lab at NHH Norwegian School of Economics hosted the 2012 Symposium on Economic Experiments in Developing Countries (SEEDEC) from November 29 to November 30 at U.C. Berkeley. The objective of the Symposium was to bring together a community of top scholars who employ laboratory experimental economics methods for research in developing countries. The keynote speaker was Sendhil Mullainathan.
