BRAC-CEGA Visiting Fellowship Competition

The Visiting Fellowship program is a cornerstone of the BRAC-CEGA collaboration, key to developing expertise in the design and implementation of rigorous program evaluations and to promoting the professional development of researchers within BRAC. Select research staff are invited to spend a semester in fellowship in the U.S. at University of California, Berkeley. Fellows may visit either during the fall semester (approximately August-December 2019) or the spring semester (approximately January-May 2020).

Eligibility criteria

Applicants to the BRAC-CEGA program must:

 Be a BRAC Staff Researcher working on research in Africa and plan to return to work for BRAC after the fellowship (must continue to conduct research on BRAC Africa programs)
 Have completed a Master’s degree, or be enrolled in a graduate program in economics, statistics, epidemiology/public health, or another social science discipline
