Zan Song
Research Associate
Zan Song is a Predoctoral Research Fellow at CEGA with a focus on the Kenya Life Panel Survey (KLPS), offering comprehensive research support for KLPS-related research programs. Prior to her current role, Zan collaborated with Pierre Biscaye (from Berkeley ARE) in an examination of the nationwide consequences of floods in Nigeria on labor reallocation and children’s education. Under the guidance of Professor David Card, she also delved into the relationship between students’ multiple majors and their outcomes in STEM occupations. Zan graduated from UC Berkeley in 2023 with a B.A. in Economics (with honors) as well as a B.A. in Statistics.
