William Dow

William Dow is a Henry J. Kaiser Professor of Health Economics and Chair of the Health Services and Policy Analysis Graduate Group at the University of California, Berkeley. His main field of study is health economics, particularly health insurance, international health, and economic demography.  He has recently explored the impact of conditional cash transfers as an HIV prevention tool in Tanzania.
