Togbe Agbagla

Chief Technology Officer, Togo Digital Agency

Togbe works to implement digitalization policies set by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Transformation.

Togbe Agbagla, a maritime engineering specialist with expertise in mechatronics and artificial intelligence (AI), is a graduate of the Naval Academy and École Nationale des Arts et Métiers Paritech. Currently serving as the Technical Director at Togo Digital Agency (Agence Togo Digital, ATD), he brings over 18 years of experience in embedded systems and digitalization.

Throughout his career, Togbe has played a pivotal role in numerous large-scale projects contributing to Togo’s development. He is presently leading the initiative to establish the Togo Data Lab within the Ministry of Digital Economy and Digital Transformation (MoDET), driving innovation and data-driven governance in Togo.
