Sabrina Spatny

Sabrina Spatny supports centerwide operations, hiring, onboarding, and systems that help the organization run efficiently and equitably. Prior to this role, she worked as CEGA’s Internal Operations Intern, where she helped strengthen knowledge management systems, streamline people operations, and support cross-functional projects. She also served as a course coordinator for a large undergraduate public health class at UC Berkeley, leading logistics and stakeholder communication. In addition, Sabrina conducted independent research in a vision science lab, completing an honors thesis at the intersection of gene therapy and public health. She recently earned her B.A. in Public Health and Molecular & Cell Biology from UC Berkeley and is passionate about building inclusive, people-centered systems that enable high-impact research.
