
Ronald Mulebeke
Director, Mildmay Research Centre
Ronald Mulebeke is the Director of the Mildmay Research Centre in Uganda. He earned his PhD in Medical Sciences from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, and previously served as a Research Fellow at Makerere University’s School of Public Health. With over nine years of experience in epidemiology and health systems research—particularly on malaria—his expertise includes operational research, applied impact evaluation, and health systems strengthening. His research interests focus on implementation science and research design. Dr. Mulebeke also holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Research and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Makerere University, and serves on the Scientific Advisory Board of the Mildmay Uganda Research Centre.
