Proloy Barua

Proloy Barua is a Research Fellow at BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), Bangladesh. With over 20 years experience with BRAC, he has worked at BRAC’s offices in Uganda, Afghanistan, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Tanzania, and South Sudan. He holds a Ph.D. in Health Systems Management from Naresuan University, a Masters in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University and a Masters in Agricultural Economics from Bangladesh Agricultural University.
