Peter Otieno is a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC) headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. He holds a PhD in Epidemiology and Public Health at Amsterdam University Medical Center, Netherlands. He is has worked on projects implementing studies on health systems that span observational and intervention research to policy analysis. Peter works very closely with African governments in providing scientific support in implementing national health policies.
