Paul Niehaus

Paul Niehaus is an Associate Professor of Economics at UC San Diego, co-founder and president of GiveDirectly, and co-founder of Segovia. His research studies political aid cycles, elections, and corruption. Much of his work takes place in India. Niehaus also studies social networks and self-confidence in learning behavior.
