Nyla Surti

Nyla was a Data Science for Development Intern at CEGA, supporting projects related to global development economics and data-driven policy evaluation. Prior to joining CEGA, she interned in fashion at Reformation on the Ecommerce & Growth Marketing team, worked with the Berkeley City Council on economic policy research, and held consulting and strategy roles with start-ups and small businesses. She is pursuing a double major in Media Studies (Law & Policy) and Business Administration at UC Berkeley. She is passionate about leveraging data, policy, and business innovation to drive inclusive economic development and social impact.
