Nneka Osadolor

Nneka Esther Osadolor is a Consultant Economist with the World Bank Nigeria Gender Innovation Lab and a Research Fellow at the Covenant University Centre for Economic Policy and Development Research (CEPDeR). She was previously a lecturer in the Department of Economics at the University of Benin, Nigeria. She holds a PhD in economics from the University of Ibadan. Her research focuses on the intersection of human capital development, including education, health, social protection and gender. She has led and contributed to field-based research across several countries, working in partnership with institutions such as the World Bank, Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), and the Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA).
