Fru Delvis Ngang

Risk Data Fellow, The World Bank

Fru is a Risk Data Fellow (Short-Term Consultant) with the World Bank Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery. He previously worked at the Community Vision Group, the Refugee-Led Research Hub at the University of Oxford, Action Against Hunger, Plan International and Pan African Institute for Development. His research interests lie at the intersection of big data, causal machine learning, and forced displacement. He holds an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from the University of Oxford, an MSc in Data Science from Swansea University and an MSc in Impact Evaluation for International Development from the University of East Anglia. He is a AfOx Mastercard Foundation scholar, a Chevening fellow and an Orskov Foundation scholar.
