Michael Carter

Michael Carter is Professor of Agriculture and Resource Economics at UC Davis. His research interests include rural credit and insurance markets, agricultural development and income distribution, land tenure and land reform. He is director of the Index Insurance Innovation Initaitive(I4) funded by USAID, ILO, and Oxfam America.
