Mahbubur Rahman is the First Assistant Vice President at Southeast Bank PLC. Prior to this, he was a Research and Training Officer at the IDB-IBF Fael Khair Agro Inputs Program and a Senior Research Associate in BRAC’s Research and Evaluation Division. He holds a Master of Social Science in Economics from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
