Lucas Klotz

Lucas is a Global Networks intern and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Public Policy at UC San Diego. He is a Brazilian economist interested in program design & impact evaluation. In Brazil, he worked with the Lemann Center (Stanford GSE) on several education-related projects, developing advanced quantitative skills and hands-on field experience, spanning survey design and training, as well as causal inference. Lucas is passionate about development work and wishes to build a career in evidence-based policymaking in the Global South.
