Lucas Davis

Lucas Davis is a Professor at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Davis is an energy and environmental economist who has evaluated the effectiveness of a Mexican energy efficiency program on reducing carbon emissions. Related research includes a study on the impacts of driving restrictions in Mexico City on air pollution. He is a Research Associate at NBER and an affiliate of the International Growth Centre and the Energy Institute at Haas.
