Kevin Conklin
Costing Associate
Kevin is a Research Associate for the Cost Transparency Initiative (CTI). He previously worked as a Senior Research Associate for JPAL MENA’s Morocco Employment Lab on an RCT measuring the impact of government services on employment. Prior to this, Kevin assisted in multiple impact evaluations as a research assistant with the Georgetown Initiative on Innovation, Development, and Evaluation (Gui2de). Through this role, Kevin worked extensively with the National Bank of Rwanda to analyze the impact of Covid 19 policies on firm health. Before stepping into development research, Kevin worked for several years in analytics at Capital One. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from the College of William and Mary, and a Master’s degree in International Development Policy from Georgetown University.
