Jayne Tusiime

Jayne Tusiime is an Epidemiologist with a pharmaceutical background and is currently working as a HR Mapping and Harmonization Consultant at the Global Polio Eradication Initiative in Nigeria. She completed the CEGA Fellowship in Fall, 2016. She has over 20 years’ experience in public health research, particularly in HIV/AIDS and maternal and child health, and monitoring and evaluation of health programs. She previously worked with the World Health Organization in Congo and served as the head the Department of Public Health at Soroti University, Uganda. Tusiime is an Open Science Framework (OSF) Ambassador and a Berkeley Initiative for Transparency in the Social Sciences (BITSS) Catalyst. She holds a PhD in Epidemiology from UC Berkeley.
