Grace Han

Program Manager

Grace is the Program Manager for the Berkeley Initiative for Transparency in the Social Sciences (BITSS). She previously served as a Data & Research Associate at the Georgetown University Initiative on Innovation, Development, and Evaluation (gui2de). Prior to that, she supported a portfolio of work spanning health and education policy, conducted in partnership with the Government of Rwanda, as well as micro-entrepreneur programs, implemented by the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Kenya and Uganda, that improved economic outcomes and social cohesion between host and refugee populations. She received her Bachelor’s from UC Berkeley in Development Studies and Political Economy, and a Master’s in International Development Policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Before beginning her Master’s, Grace worked for a non-profit organization to implement Human Trafficking Prevention Education curriculum in public schools across California.
