Grace Abban-Ampiah

Grace Abban-Ampiah is a lecturer and Ph.D candidate in Human Resource Management at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She is passionate about unlocking Africa’s economic potential and, as a lecturer, she inspires and educates the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs. She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. Her research interests include career development, succession planning, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on empowering individuals and organizations to take the reins.
