Getachew Kassa
Getachew Kassa is a Morton K. and Jane Blaustein Post-doctoral fellow in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing at Johns Hopkins University. He holds a PhD in reproductive health, and MSc and BSc degrees in Nursing. He is a 2018 Impact Evaluation Fellow at UC Berkeley and a member of the Network of Impact Evaluation Researchers in Africa. He has published 70+ articles and is passionate about innovative interventions for child mental and behavioral health, and parenting programs. His research area also focuses on adolescent health, reproductive health, infectious disease, maternal and newborn health, and population and fertility issues.
