
Getachew Kassa

Getachew Kassa is a Research Associate at Johns Hopkins University. He holds a Ph.D. in reproductive health, and MSc and BSc degrees in Nursing. He is a 2018 CEGA Fellow and a member of the Network of Impact Evaluation Researchers in Africa. He has published 70+ articles and is passionate about innovative interventions for child mental and behavioral health, and parenting programs. His research area also focuses on adolescent health, reproductive health, infectious disease, maternal and newborn health, and population and fertility issues.
