Fitsum Mulugeta

Fitsum Mulugeta is an Economist at the World Bank. He completed the Africa Early Years Fellowship program at the Bank before joining the Education Global Practice as an Economicst in February 2019. Prior to the Early Years fellowship, he was a Field Coordinator for the impact evaluation project of the Ethiopian Social Accountability Program II (ESAP II) at the Bank. Fitsum was a junior research fellow at the Ethiopian Economics Association/Economic Policy Research Institute when joined the EASST program. Fitsum holds a Master in Economics and a Master’s in Developmental Psychology at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia.
