Ethan Sager

Predoctoral Fellow

Ethan is a Predoctoral Research Fellow with the Kenya Life Panel Survey (KLPS) and General Equilibrium (GE) teams. Prior to CEGA Ethan worked as a Graduate Research Associate with Georgetown University Initiative on Innovation, Development and Evaluation (Gui2de) and the Global Poverty Research Lab (GPRL) at Northwestern University. Ethan holds an MS in International Development Policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University and a BA in Global Development from Seattle Pacific University. His research interests include survey measurement methods, the personal and market frictions of poverty, and how both shape what we can learn about welfare.
