Esau Tugume

Esau Tugume is a Research Associate at BRAC Uganda’s Independent Evaluation and Research Cell (IERC). Tugume is a multidisciplinary researcher and Agronomist with over 7 years of practical research and program development experience in Agricultural Livelihoods programing and MSMEs Development. His interests are focused on action research in Agricultural systems and rural development. He holds a Master of Science in Agro Ecology from Uganda Martyrs University, Uganda and a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from Mountains of the Moon University, Fort portal, Uganda.
