Constantine Manda

Constantine Manda is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of California, Irvine and CEGA Faculty Affiliate where he teaches and conducts research on the political economy of development and African politics. Constantine is also the co-founded of the Impact Evaluation Lab at Tanzania’s Economic & Social Foundation (ESRF) as well as the Network of Impact Evaluation Researchers in Africa (NIERA).
