Clark Gibson

Clark Gibson is a Political Science Professor and the Director of the International Studies Program at the University of California, San Diego. His research centers on the politics of democracy and development – specifically, that of foreign aid, elections, political accountability, political institutions and the environment. His primary regions of study are Africa, Central and South America, and the United States.
