Claire Adida
Claire Adida is a Professor of political science at the University of California San Diego, and co-director of the UCSD Center on Comparative Immigration Studies. She uses experimental methods to investigate how countries manage new and old forms of diversity, and has researched these questions in the context of African immigrant integration in West Africa, Muslim immigrant integration in France, African immigrant integration in the United States, and refugee exclusion around the world. Her work has been published by Cambridge University Press, Harvard University Press, the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the Quarterly Journal of Political Science, Comparative Political Studies, Public Opinion Quarterly, the Journal of Population Economics, the Journal of Experimental Political Science, and others. She has conducted survey and field experiments in Benin, France, Ghana, Niger, Nigeria, and the United States.
