Chinenye Bembir

Dr Chinenye Bembir holds a PhD in Public Health (Implementation Research) from the University of Ghana, an MPH in Field Epidemiology and about ten years of experience in the implementation of public health grant projects. Currently, she works as an Implementation Science Consultant, at IVAN Research Institute. She has played the role of a Principal Investigator for three early career grant projects funded by the World Health Organization, World Bank, DFID/UK, and USAID among others. Her research interests are in the Epidemiology of infectious diseases (Malaria, Neglected tropical diseases) and Non-communicable Diseases (Cervical cancer), Implementation Research, Data Science, and Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Health interventions.
