Andrianony Ny Aina Ianjatina

Andrianony Ny Aina Ianjatina is a PhD Student in development policy at the KDI School of Public Policy and Management. Her research focuses on agriculture, food security, weather shocks and development economics in sub-Saharan Africa. One of her current projects examines how cyclone shocks influence food insecurity in Madagascar, work she presented at the KDI School–World Bank Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) Development Impact Conference. She is also a fellow with the Association for Mentoring and Inclusion in Economics. Her current research proposal explores how agricultural storage technologies can improve food security in communities affected by natural disasters.
