Parking: If you need a campus parking permit, please email Rahul. A permit will be left under your name on Friday starting at 9AM at the East Gate Kiosk, just off Gayley Road. To use, simply park in an eligible space, then scratch the correct date from the front of the permit and display in your car. The nearest parking is in the Kroeber lot (also called the Bancroft Structure), beneath the tennis courts on Bancroft Way at College Avenue. From there, it's a short walk to South Hall and the Haas Business School.

Reimbursements

CEGA will pre-pay all hotel rooms; guests will stay in either the Bancroft hotel or the Women's Faculty Club. The Center will also reimburse roundtrip economy airfare and ground transportation to/from the airport. In order to process your travel reimbursement, we will require:

1) a signed reimbursement request form, which will be ready for your signature at the event
2) original, itemized receipts for your air travel (plus any change fees) and ground transport
3) an address to send the reimbursement to
4) your social security number (except for non-US residents)
5) at least one boarding pass from your air travel
