Reimbursements

The Center will reimburse faculty member travel and ground transport as required. In order to process your travel reimbursement, we will need:

1) a signed reimbursement request form, which will be ready for your signature at the event
2) original, itemized receipts for your air travel (plus any change fees) and ground transport
3) an address to send the reimbursement to
4) your social security number (except for non-US residents)
5) at least one boarding pass from your air travel
